We have been working alongside a Space start-up supporting the future launch and operation of their first satellite system through the creation and implementation of a Safety Management Programme.
Safety requirements were generated with the application of the relevant industry standards and regulations, then used to verify the compliance of the system to control the safety risks, identified and evaluated through Hazard Analysis together with supporting assessment methods such as Failure Modes, Effects & Criticality Analysis and Fault Tree Analysis.Further safety assessment is ongoing to support the project design reviews as system development continues.
